I want to share my toolkit with you.

 

When I developed a debilitating autoimmune disease ten years ago, I immediately began researching dietary and lifestyle shifts in an effort to reduce (and eventually eliminate) my symptoms. I discovered that a morning routine that allowed me to fully show up as the best version of myself was absolutely vital.

I’m a scientist at heart and by training. So when I began this quest, I naturally fell back upon that framework.

There was a lot of experimenting. But it allowed me to build the techniques and unique tools that I use to determine what my morning is missing and create a routine around those very things.

When my life changes, I use these same tools to troubleshoot and adjust my routine. After years of testing and refining, I’ve assembled a personalized toolkit for creating my ideal morning routine. And I want to share it with you.

 

Because I know it can help you too.

The Details

What can I expect from this workshop?

Over the course of the two-day workshop, you’ll learn the process and tools I developed to create my ideal morning routine.

You’ll discover why your previous attempts at setting up a morning routine didn’t work long-term, and how to adjust your morning routine as needed so that it’s always ideal for you.

Once you have this toolkit available to you, you’ll be able to shape and adjust your morning routine for life.

You’ll also receive lifetime access to the group workshop, including any updated materials, so you can continue to work with the toolkit live in the group workshops as your life and your needs change.

You will walk away knowing what you need to show up as the best version of yourself, and with the tools to set that up in your life.

 

How long is the workshop?

The workshop itself is two, 2-hour sessions split up over two days.

We will also have four weekly calls after the workshop ends to help you work with the process and incorporate your ideal morning routine into your life.

I could have turned this into a 6-month-long course, but you know what? It’s unnecessary and that makes it seem a whole lot harder than it is.

I want you to get into the zone as quickly as possible, so rather than turn this into a long, drawn-out course, we’re going for the “get it done” option with lots of hands-on work and direct access to me over a shorter period of time.

 

Where is the workshop and how does it work?

This is an online workshop, so you can do this from anywhere. All you need is a phone and a computer.

 

What's the format of the workshop?

We’ll spend two hours together on our first day, and another two hours on our second day.

There will be plenty of time for Q&A during our group workshop sessions and I’ll also be available outside of those to answer additional questions during my open office hours.

Our group workshop sessions and the four weekly calls after the workshop will be recorded so if you can’t make it to a session or need to miss part of it, you can listen to the recording.

When does it start?

The live workshop will be June 13 & 14. We’ll spend two hours together each day in the group sessions. I’ll also be available between sessions for open office hours during the workshop.

In addition to the live two-day workshop, we will also have four weekly calls after the workshop ends to help you work with the process and incorporate your ideal morning routine into your life.

 

 

 

 

How much is the group workshop?

The group workshop is $97 to join. It includes lifetime access, meaning you’ll have the opportunity to continue to participate every time I lead the online group workshop for the life of the workshop.

I know the impact we can have when we have a morning routine that fuels us, and I want to see more of that in the world. I don’t want finances to be a barrier to that.

How can I get more personalized attention?

I’m offering the option to do the workshop one-on-one with me for $495.

We’ll go through everything together, and you will get full access to me during our private sessions. I’m known for sharing any tools, resources or information I can from every area of my work with my private clients, as needed (including holistic health and stress management), so you’ll also get full access to my entire toolkit and knowledge database for what your specific struggles are.

Because you’ll have priority scheduling outside of the group workshop dates, if you want to do the workshop live with me and the group workshop dates don’t work for you, we can set up a better time.

Other Questions

Are you going to make me get up at the crack of dawn?

No. Your morning routine will be of your own creation based on what works best for you.

 

Do I need to add on hours to my morning to fit this in?

No. A morning routine does not need to be long to be effective.

You may decide that a longer morning routine will serve you best, and that’s great.

Or you may find that 10 minutes is all you need to show up as your best self each day, and that’s great too.

This is designed to be flexible and to fit into your life.

 

Can I gift this to someone else?

Absolutely! I’d love that. Just send me an email at claudia@claudiaolivie.com with who you’d like to gift a spot in the workshop to, and we’ll get it all set up.

 

What's your refund policy?

If you do the work and don’t get value out of the workshop, I’ll happily refund your money.

If this turns out to not be the right workshop for you, then I want you to be free to find what is.

Please note that I will ask to see your work and will require your full participation in the workshop. That includes attending the calls, asking for help in the open office hours, and completing the worksheets. Why? Because I know that if you do the work, you’ll get results.
